You shouldn’t compromise on your wedding day.You put a lot into your wedding and you want to be able to relive the details and the memories of it. You want beautiful images of the two of you and great coverage of your day. You want artistic and photojournalistic photos. You want pictures that you will love years from now as much as you love today.

I just got engaged, now what?!
Congratulations!! Click on the contact tab to submit your wedding date and your contact information. You will then receive a questionnaire to fill out about your wedding. After your responses are received I will send you a link to our pricing information.
Are you available to meet in person?
Yes, of course. After you have received the pricing information we can set up a date to meet to go over the collection that will best suit your needs.
What will I need to reserve the date?
You will need a non-refundable 50% of the total package price and a signed contract to hold your date. Weddings are booked first-come, first-serve.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks.
What do you shoot with?
We shoot with Canon professional grade camera bodies, lenses, and flashes. All images are shot in digital format. All print work is sent to a professional lab.
How many photographers will be at my wedding?
In most cases there will be two photographers, with the exception of Collection one and some destination weddings. Your primary photographer will always be David or Candice Lamarand and if you choose Collection two or three there will be a second shooter. Collection Four guarantees Dave and Candice Lamarand will both be at your wedding.
Who is your second shooter?
We work with a select group of photographers that share the same skill level, style, and professionalism. They all use Canon/ Nikon professional grade equipment.
How many images will I receive from my wedding day?
It depends on the on the hours of coverage in your collection. On average with 2 photographers you will receive 75-100 images per hour. Total you will receive 600-1,000 depending on your coverage. The images include touch-ups for blemishes, etc. and you will receive a mix of color, black and white, and other finishes.
How long will it take to see my images?
You will receive an email with a link to your password protected gallery in about 6-8 weeks after your wedding date. Your wedding may also be featured on our blog, facebook page, or website!
What happens after my images are ready to view?
A disc of your images will be mailed to your home address. You can order prints directly from your gallery (if your collection included a print credit you will be given a code to enter). You are welcome to share the gallery link with your friends and family -they are welcome to order any prints right from the site so they don’t have to bug you to do it for them! If you have any wall prints included in your collection you will let me know the image number you want and I will place that print order for you. We can set up a date for an album consultation at your earliest convenience.
Do you offer Albums?
Yes, we offer beautiful custom albums that come in a variety of options and sizes! We have swatches and samples to help you choose your perfect album.
Do you have travel fees?
There are no additional fees for weddings that are in one day travel time and do not require over-night stay (within Metro-Detroit and surrounding areas). For northern Michigan, out of state, and out of country weddings your contract will outline any additional fees. The fees will include mileage reimbursement, flight if needed, and hotel accommodation.
Are you insured?
Yes. In the event that I am injured or my equipment is damaged or stolen I am insured by my own private insurance company for $1,000,000.00
Do I own the copyrights to my images?
All of our wedding collections include the rights to print your images for personal printing and sharing.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of photographic services, no. Our business is 100% referral based and every attempt to ensure your experience, quality, and products are absolutely perfect. Your deposit is non-refundable and stated in your contract. In the event of a cancellation your deposit is liquidated into business assets.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely!! Just have the person interested in purchasing one contact me directly.
