Two years ago I had never photographed food and I did not have the appreciation for the culinary arts that I do now. After meeting and working with Chef Adam Hightower on his last project (you can view previous projects here) I was exposed to some of the best food I have ever had. Not to mention, the most photographic food! Chef Adam is fantastic at what he does and takes great pride in his work.
Sips Gastropub is a new collaboration between Adam and businessman Vlad Federmesser.
“Hightower says everything on the eclectic, wide-ranging menu is made in house, including condiments and the mozzarella for the pizzas. Offerings range from bar bites, towering burgers, thin-crust pizzas and creative salads to eight attractively plated dinner entrees, including steaks, chicken, fish and pastas.
